Where To Donate Your Fabric Remnants

While roadtripping from Maryland to Kentucky this spring, we decided to make a pit stop in Pittsburgh to bring a donation to an amazing company called Knotzland. It was a quick and easy 2-hour drive from Baltimore.

Nisha started Knotzland as a way to prevent leftover fabrics from going to the landfill. Her brand is circular: it upcycles sustainable materials into useful products. She makes beautiful bow ties and other accessories, and she sells some of the best candles we’ve owned!

We were happy to donate some leftover #afrothreads and can’t wait to see what they turn into!

It was such a pleasure meeting Nisha and we look forward to what’s to come.
